The Finer Touch strives to see all clients at their appointed time. However, due to the medical nature of many of our treatments, appointments can sometimes exceed their scheduled time. We will do our best to inform you upon arrival if we know your appointment start time will be delayed, so please be patient and know that you will also receive the same exceptional service and personal attention.
Appointments are carefully scheduled to provide you with our undivided attention and time. Therefore, it is very important that you arrive to your appointments on time. If you arrive 10 minutes or later for your scheduled appointment without notice, we may ask you to reschedule based on availability.
The Finer Touch understands that periodically things can prevent you from making your appointment but we ask that you please provide a minimum 24 hr notice of cancellation or rescheduling your appointment. Not showing for your appointment and no notice may result in a $25 fee for a regular scheduled office visit or service. Our popular PureLipo procedure appointments are scheduled months in advance, and held with a minimum of a $1000 non-refundable deposit, so please carefully choose your procedure date.
The Finer Touch is happy to accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Care Credit as forms of payment. Checks returned for non-payment are subject to a $50 returned check fee. All payments are due at the time of service. Gratuities are accepted for services performed by the aesthetician/clinician but if you would like to add your gratuity to your credit card, please let us know in advance as we cannot add a tip after the sale is complete. The Finer Touch is an Aesthetic Center so we do not accept or file any medical insurance for services or treatments.
We think The Finer Touch has the finest staff and most advanced procedures in our industry so we believe you’ll enjoy them and be happy with your results. However, cosmetic treatments, like the practice of medicine itself, are not an exact science and many times require specific actions on the client’s part. Therefore, we do not make specific promises or guarantees of results for any degree of improvement of the particular condition a client is being treated for. Please carefully choose your purchases as The Finer Touch cannot issue cash or credit refunds for any rendered or non-rendered services, packages or products purchased. We are happy to exchange your unused item within 30 days from purchase for a house credit toward the purchase of another service or product. House credit has no cash value and may only be redeemed towards services or products offered by The Finer Touch.
